History of the company's development

In 2007, our company carried out the first pumping of diesel fuel through the system pipeline of JSC Transnefteprodukt to the Central Black Earth Region.
In 2011, our company signed an agreement to provide brokerage services to Public Joint Stock Oil Company “Bashneft”. According to the agreement, we conducted sales of the entire product line of PJSC ANK “Bashneft” including oils on the trading floor of OJSC "Moscow International Commodity Energy Company Stock Exchange "(OJSC" MMTB "), and later on the CJSC "St. Petersburg International Commodity-Raw Material Exchange". Our company has sold more than 200 thousand tons of oil products produced by PJSC ANC “Bashneft”.
In 2013, together with PJSC ANC “Bashneft” and OJSC “MMTB”, our company successfully developed and implemented a small wholesale sales project at ‘balance points’.
The central European part of Russia, the Urals and Siberian Federal Districts were covered by ‘balance points’.
This project has proved itself highly efficient and currently operates in the structures of JSC “Gazpromneft” and JSC “Gazpromgazenergoset”.
Since 2013, we are the official broker of CJSC “Alliance Oil”, whose interests we represented not only at the Exchange, but also traded the company's products under direct contracts.

Currently

Since its inception, our company has been successfully providing brokerage services in the commodity market of petroleum products, and carries out wholesale and small wholesale deliveries of fuel to networks of filling stations, bunker companies, industrial enterprises and other consumers.

Cooperation with us implies:
provision of services for conducting exchange and off-exchange transactions on commodity markets, making deals with quality raw materials in the shortest possible time (purchase / sale of goods in the commodity market and trading floors);
purchase / sale of goods on the market at a price specified by the customer, or at the price most beneficial to the client. Clients of our company receive timely reference and analytical information about the prices of goods on the market;
supply of oil and gas condensate stable for refineries inside the country and abroad. In addition, we carry out independent processing under toll processing agreements of raw materials;
delivery of the entire range of petroleum products and petrochemicals along with trade finance.
Head of our company is at the same time Chairman of the Board of the Section "Oil Products" at MOSENERGOBIRZHE, and also Deputy Chairman of the Non-commercial Partnership "Council for Commodity Markets", which includes the country's largest traders in oil products. The geography of business covers not only the Russian Federation, but also the countries of near and far abroad, such as Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, China, Germany, etc.
In 2016, together with the International Group of Companies "Areti" http://www.aretigroup.com, which was created as a result of the re-branding of the International Group of Companies (IGC) “ITERA”, we launched a project for the implementation of regional oil and gas trading.
